Meet the Team
Amanda
Operations Manager
I am delighted to introduce myself as the Toddletown Nursery Operations Manager. I have previously worked in another local nursery and progressed through the roles to Nursery Manager in my 13 years there.
I thoroughly enjoy what I do; meeting and welcoming new families and seeing children learn and develop through their journeys with us. As well as Toddletown in Farncombe and Farnham, I look after Mulberry Corner in Eastleigh.

Nursery Manager
I have worked in the early years sector since gaining my qualification 16 years ago and beginning my career in a local nursery. More...
I wanted to see a little bit more of the world, so took off to explore some of Europe while working for the holiday company Mark Warner. Having worked several seasons in Greece and finally in Egypt I met my husband and welcomed my first son. With my son starting school I joined another local nursery and progressed to Room Leader. I love that in my job, no day is the same; one day you could be an explorer in the Amazon jungle, and the next you could be covered in gloop investigating the world of letters and numbers.

Deputy Manager
My childcare career started over 13 years ago. Prior to joining Toddletown, I was at the same nursery since leaving school. More...
I started as a Nursery Practitioner and was able to work my way up to Nursery Manager. After having my daughter (who now attends Toddletown and loves it!), I decided I wanted to get back to spending more time with the children and so the Deputy role at Toddletown is perfect for me.
Farnham
Sophie
Nursery Manager
My early years career started over 10 years ago, since then I’ve been in love with the job. More...
Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to work with all ages and in all different roles from practitioner to manager. The journey has taught me so much about child development, supporting families and mentoring staff.
My passion was driven by watching children flourish from a baby, to a confident, curious and happy child ready to go to school. There is no beter feeling then knowing you were apart of that growth!
Becoming a manager has given me opportunities to share my love, passion and knowledge to staff and help them grow into the best practitioners they can be.
After recently having my son, I knew I wanted a nursery that truly had the children at the center of every decision and shared my passion, and that’s why I picked Toddletown.

Jade
Deputy Manager
I have worked in childcare since leaving school in 2012. I have always known I wanted to work with children and have been lucky enough to work various roles within a nursery and have held nannying positions too. More...
I had my son Theo, who is 6, when I was nannying. I decided to come back into nursery life, for the joy of nursery environments for myself and Theo.
Since returning to nurseries I have worked towards being a Room Leader, Trainee Deputy and now Deputy Manager.
Toddletown is the perfect place for me; no day is the same and there is nothing better than watching a child flourish and grow every day.
Toddletown allows me to still give so much time doing the job that I love but also balance my time with my son and family.
Jess
Deputy Manager
I have worked within childcare since I qualified in 2018. Since being a very little girl I have always wanted to work with children and my dream job was to be a teacher!
While in college I fell in love with the idea of becoming a nursery practitioner and my career was started. More...
I joined Toddletown in 2020 where I worked at the Farncombe setting as baby Room Leader and Nursery Third in Charge.
From my very first day, I knew that Toddletown was the place for me. The ethos of allowing children to be children and the value held within the importance of play is something I believe in strongly.
